1. Information we collect
We may collect:
- identity and contact details, including name, company, postal address, email address, and phone number;
- account, authentication, security, and login-event information;
- orders, invoices, tax information, payment status, gateway transaction references, credits, and refund records;
- domain registration details and service configuration needed to provide a purchased service;
- support tickets, calls, emails, chats, attachments, and other communications with us;
- technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps, requested pages, and security events; and
- information required to investigate abuse, fraud, service misuse, or a legal request.
Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy and security terms. We retain the transaction records and references needed for billing, accounting, fraud prevention, and support.
2. How and why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, process orders and payments, provision and maintain services, register domains, send service and billing notices, provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, diagnose reliability problems, improve the website, keep required business records, and comply with law.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, our basis may be performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, consent, or our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service.
3. When information is shared
We disclose only the information reasonably necessary to service providers that help us operate, including infrastructure and datacenter providers, payment processors, domain registrars and registries, email and notification providers, support tools, security services, professional advisers, and analytics services when enabled.
We may also disclose information to protect customers or the service, investigate fraud or abuse, complete a merger or transfer of the business, or comply with a valid legal process. We review legal requests and, where appropriate and legally permitted, may challenge requests that appear invalid or overbroad. We do not promise to disregard a lawful court order or other binding legal obligation.
We do not sell personal information for money.
4. International processing
Some providers or domain registries may process information outside your state or country. Where required, we use contractual or other appropriate safeguards. Domain registration data may also be disclosed through registrar or registry systems as required by domain-policy rules and applicable law.
5. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Account and service data is generally kept while the account is active. Invoice, tax, transaction, fraud, security, dispute, and legal records may be retained longer where required or reasonably necessary. Deletion of an account does not require us to erase records that must be kept by law or for legitimate security, accounting, or dispute purposes.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the type of information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, and backups. No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Customers must protect account credentials, enable available security features, and notify us promptly of suspected compromise.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar storage for login sessions, security, preferences, checkout, and other functions requested by you. Optional analytics may be used when configured and permitted. Browser controls can restrict cookies, but blocking essential cookies may prevent account, security, or checkout functions from working.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, ask for deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or request a portable copy. We may need to verify your identity. A request may be limited where retention or processing is required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or another legal obligation.
9. Children
Our services are intended for people who can lawfully enter into a service contract. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children who cannot provide valid consent under applicable law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The current version and its update date will remain on this page. Material changes will be communicated where required.
